Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

We’re actively working on expanding our shipping destinations and plan to roll out international shipping during 2026. If you’re outside the UK, stay tuned — we’d love to ship to you soon. Send us an email and tell us where you live and we'll look into it.


How long does shipping take?

We currently offer two delivery options within the UK:

Standard Delivery:
2–4 business days

Express Delivery:
1–3 business days

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.


How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer the following UK shipping options:

Standard Delivery

£4.99 for orders under £75
Free on orders of £75 and over

Express Delivery
1–3 business days
£4.99

Shipping options and prices will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of sizes across our apparel collections.

For each product, you’ll find a detailed sizing guide located on the product page, near the product images, to help you choose the best fit.

Hats are one size only.

If you’re unsure between sizes, we recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering.


Are your products sustainable or eco-friendly?

We’re committed to producing our products responsibly and thoughtfully.

Our items are made to order to reduce unnecessary waste, and we work with trusted production partners who follow responsible manufacturing practices.

We’re continuously exploring ways to improve sustainability across our materials, packaging, and production processes as the brand grows.

We accept major payment methods, including:

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love what you receive.

If there is an issue with your order — for example, if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Do you offer exchanges or size changes?

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we’re unable to offer size exchanges.

That’s why we strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

If something isn’t right with your item, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives with a defect or isn’t what you ordered, please email us at support@wearewomensfootball.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll sort it out quickly.


Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not always be possible — but don’t worry, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
