We want you to love everything you order from We Are Women’s Football, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email hello@wearewomensfootball.com within 14 days of receiving it.
Include your order number, a short note about the issue, and a clear photo if possible.
We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Sizing

Please check our Size Guide before ordering — measurements are listed for every style.
Because each item is produced individually, we’re not able to offer automatic size exchanges.
If you’re unsure about sizing or the fit isn’t quite right, contact us at hello@wearewomensfootball.com and we’ll do our best to help or suggest the best option.

Returns for other reasons

As our collections are created in small, limited runs, we can’t always accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging to be considered for return.
If you’d like to request a return, please contact us first at hello@wearewomensfootball.com and we’ll let you know the next steps and return address.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How refunds are processed

Once your return or replacement is approved, we’ll confirm by email and process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a replacement is arranged instead, you’ll receive a new shipping confirmation when it’s on its way.

Wrong address / undeliverable orders

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct details are confirmed.
Additional shipping charges may apply.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered

  • Sale items or gift cards
